Automotive Carbon Economic Seminar & China Automotive Carbon Digital Technology Center Co., Ltd. (“China Automotive Carbon Economic”) was officially established on February 9, 2023 in Beijing to further implement the new development concept, create a new development layout, contribute to green transformation of the automobile industry, and give play to the role of a state-funded enterprise directly under the central government. Leaders from the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the State Council State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the State Administration for Market Regulation and the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, as well as An Tiecheng, Party Secretary and Chairman and Lu Mei, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager, China Automotive Technology & Research Center Co. Ltd., (CATARC) attended the Founding Conference. Many representatives from Chinese and foreign auto and financial companies, and experts from colleges, universities and research institutes were also invited.
